Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Article 2 – Identity of the entrepreneur

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through Nirante. Before an agreement is concluded, these terms are made available to the consumer so they can be easily saved or consulted.
Article 4 – The offer
All offers on our website are without obligation, and we reserve the right to change or withdraw products, prices, or offers at any time. All stated prices include VAT and any shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.
Article 5 – Conclusion of the agreement
An agreement is concluded once the consumer places an order and it has been electronically confirmed by Nirante. After we receive the order, the consumer receives a confirmation email.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason within 100 days of receiving the order. When exercising this right, the cost of returning the products is the consumer's responsibility. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and, as far as reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Article 7 – Refund upon withdrawal
After we receive and inspect the return, the purchase amount is refunded within 14 days at the latest, via the same payment method used for the order. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what's necessary to assess it, a reduction in value may be applied in accordance with applicable law.
Article 8 – Customs, import duties, and taxes
Orders are shipped in accordance with the applicable international shipping conditions. For deliveries within the United States, any applicable duties, taxes, and other mandatory charges are included insofar as legally applicable. For deliveries to other countries, local import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply, and these costs are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise. The customer is responsible for complying with any local import rules and regulations.
Article 9 – CESOP compliance
In accordance with European regulations, payment service providers may record certain cross-border payment transactions in the CESOP system. Nirante complies with the legal obligations arising from this.
Article 10 – Conformity and warranty
We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement and with the legal requirements that may reasonably be expected of them. Any defects should be reported as soon as possible, and preferably within 14 days of discovery, via support@nirante.com.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Should a delivery unexpectedly be delayed, we'll inform the consumer as soon as possible.
Article 12 – Complaints procedure
Complaints about products or our services can be submitted via support@nirante.com. We aim to provide a substantive response to every complaint within 14 days of receipt, and if more time is needed, we'll let the consumer know.
Article 15 – Governing law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
